What to expect:
When I coached parenting in the poorest areas of London I realised the incredible power of getting people together in a non-judgmental, confidential, environment where we can share our struggles and fears, and realise we're not alone.
I'll lead the tone of each meet-up by talking through a core issue we parents face, then giving you the skills to cope.
We're not aiming for perfect parenting, because it doesn't exist. We're aiming for good-enough, and I'll help you to understand what that looks like.
We parents were never meant to do this alone, so let's be the people who change our community so we all feel more connected.
