Naomi Glover is an applied neuroscientist, certified Brain Longevity® Therapist, and founder of Neuro‑Informed Ltd, where she specialises in translating neuroscience into practical, accessible strategies that support healthier brains at every age. Her work focuses on cognitive resilience, emotional regulation, and the real‑life habits that help children, teenagers, and adults thrive.
Naomi is an Advisory Board Member of the Global Skill Development Council, and is helping shape national and international conversations around lifelong brain health. She has developed brain health training, keynotes and programmes working with organisations including Google, Amazon, NHS, King’s Health Partners, Wellbeing of Women, and The Parent Gap, and is widely recognised for making complex science accessible, reassuring, and genuinely useful for families and professionals.
Naomi specialises in teaching the brain essentials that can help parents understand what’s happening inside the developing brain, and their own. We’ll explore how brain health insights can improve everyday life and shape long‑term wellbeing. Naomi also explains how to use strength‑based approaches, showing how focusing on character strengths and brain skills can support motivation, confidence, emotional balance, and resilience.
Naomi teaches, speaks, and writes about brain health across the lifespan, empowering organisations and families with knowledge that reduces overwhelm, improves relationships, and builds strong foundations for lifelong mental clarity and wellbeing.
