Megan Saxelby is an educator, speaker, and emotional agility coach who specializes in early adolescence—the developmental window when prosocial skills are most teachable. With 17+ years in classrooms and parent communities, she helps schools and families build the capacities that make communities work: cognitive empathy, belonging, and dignity. Known as “the world’s most optimistic sidekick,” Megan blends research, humor, and practical tools to reduce conflict and strengthen connection.
