Rachel and Susie, you are both amazing.

I discovered your podcast a number of years ago, right when you first started, at a time when I was struggling to be an effective and understanding parent to a teenager. Since then, I have looked forward to each new episode dropping and have listened religiously each week while walking my dog.

Even when I think a particular episode might not be relevant at the time, I listen anyway and I always, always learn something new or take away an important message or tool.

Two years ago, I reached out to you when my son, now 14, experienced unexpected cyber trauma. You guided me on how to handle the situation and suggested a process I could work through with Sally. We had a very successful outcome, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

I’m also a secondary school teacher, and Teenagers Untangled has become a major contributor to my personal professional learning. I often wonder how I could ever repay you for providing such an exceptional free resource.

So thank you, ladies. You have made me a better parent and a better teacher.
